Terms that matter to owners and advisors
- Month-to-month. No long-term contract; cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Annual discount. Committing to a year lowers the monthly price on every plan.
- Free first consultation. A 30-minute initial consultation is free for eligible trades businesses, separate from the paid plans.
- 13% HST for Ontario clients.
- You own your accounts. Your domain, website, Google Business Profile and ad accounts should be in your business's name. Our digital assets checklist explains why that matters.
What drives which plan fits
The right plan depends less on the size of the business than on four practical questions:
- How many service areas? One town and a few neighbourhoods suits Growth. Several cities, or a move into a new region, usually needs Elite.
- How many service lines? A company selling furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps and water heaters needs more pages and campaigns than a single-service business.
- Does the website need rebuilding? If so, Elite's website discount or Enterprise's included build changes the arithmetic.
- How much hands-on help does the owner want? Enterprise suits companies that want a dedicated team rather than a lean plan.
Working the numbers before choosing
An advisor-friendly way to check a plan is to work backwards from job value. Suppose a plumbing company's average job brings in $750 and contributes $300 after labour and materials.
- On the Growth plan at $1,999 per month (before ad spend and HST), the business needs about 7 extra booked jobs a month just to cover the fee.
- On annual billing at $1,499, that drops to 5 jobs.
- Add $1,500 a month of ad spend and the break-even rises to about 12 jobs on month-to-month, or 10 on annual billing.
If those numbers look out of reach, the business may need a smaller first step, or work on pricing and capacity before marketing. We'll say so. For more on this arithmetic, read marketing numbers for accountants.
Annual or monthly?
Annual billing works out about 25% cheaper per month on each of the three plans, but it's a commitment. For a referred client who's new to working with us, month-to-month for the first quarter is often the more comfortable start; switching to annual once the cost per booked job is clear makes sense later. Their accountant is the right person to weigh the cash-flow side.
A note for referring professionals
If you refer a client, you can point them to this page with confidence that the prices are the published ones. Any referral arrangement between you and us is written down separately and disclosed to the client, so the price conversation stays between the client and us.
What isn't priced here
This page lists only the published monthly plans. If a referred owner only needs a listing corrected or a phone number fixed, we'll tell them, and often they can make the fix themselves after the free consultation. Nothing on this page is lending, tax or legal advice.
Questions about which plan fits? Call, text or email, or read the FAQ. Referring professionals can see how the referral process works first.
Frequently asked questions
Does a referral change the price?
Referred clients see the same published plans as everyone else. Any arrangement with the professional who referred them is described in writing and disclosed to the client, so nothing is hidden in the price.
Is there a contract?
Plans run month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price in exchange for the annual commitment.
Is ad spend included?
Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google are normally separate from the plan fee and are billed to your own account. We'll confirm exactly what's included in writing before you start.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses and separate from any paid plan. There's no obligation to go further.
Do you charge HST?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Ontario clients add 13% HST. Ask your accountant how it applies to your business.
