Contact us about a referral or your trades business

Call, text or email. Professionals can ask how referrals would work before committing to anything; trades owners can ask about their business. Either way, you'll reach a senior strategist.

There are three ways to reach us: call, text or email. Calls and texts reach (604) 632-4959; emails reach Ali@Sedighi.ca. Whether you're a professional exploring a referral arrangement or a trades owner who was told to get in touch, you'll reach a senior strategist rather than a sales queue.

What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Hours and response time

Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. For Ontario, that's noon to 9 p.m. Eastern, which suits many trades owners who are on the tools all morning. We usually reply within one business day.

If you call and we can't pick up, a text is often the fastest way to get a reply, because we can answer between conversations. Texting is welcome, and a brief one is all we need to begin.

If you're a referring professional

You don't need a client in mind to call. Many professionals simply want to understand how a referral would work before mentioning us to anyone.

Helpful things to include:

  • your profession (accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer, paralegal, lender or broker)
  • the part of Ontario you practise in
  • the trades you see most among your clients
  • any constraints from your firm or regulator that we should know about

Please don't include client names or details unless the client has asked you to. A sample first message you can adapt:

Hello, I'm [Your name] at [Your firm name] in [City]. I advise several [trade type] businesses and want to understand how referrals to you would work, including what's put in writing. I'm usually free around [time].

Once we've talked, we send the referral terms in writing. Nothing happens before you've read them. The referral partnership playbook covers the process in depth.

If you're a referred trades owner

Tell us a little about your business and who suggested you call, if you like. Mentioning your advisor is optional.

Helpful things to include:

  1. your business name and trade
  2. the towns or neighbourhoods you serve
  3. your website, if you have one
  4. what you'd like help with: more calls, better jobs, a quieter slow season, a new service area
  5. when you're easiest to reach

A sample text you can adapt:

Hello, [Your name] here, owner of [Business name] in [City]; we do [trade] work. [Advisor's firm] suggested I get in touch about marketing. Best time to call me is [time].

You don't need to send financial statements or any documents. A few rough numbers during the call are plenty. Referred-client marketing explains what follows.

What happens next

  1. We reply. Usually within one business day, by whichever channel you used.
  2. We talk. A short call to understand your practice or your business. For eligible trades businesses, the first 30 minutes are free.
  3. You get it in writing. Professionals receive the referral terms; trades owners receive a written plan with costs. Nothing starts until you've agreed.

What we can't help with

To save you time: we can't answer legal, tax, accounting, lending or compliance questions, and we don't do trade work of any kind. We are not a contractor. If your question falls in one of those areas, your own professional is the right person to ask, and if you don't have one, the relevant regulator listed on our areas hub is a good starting point.

A note on privacy

Please keep messages to what we need to understand the request. We don't need financial statements, client files, account passwords or anything confidential at the first contact, and we'd rather you didn't send them. If something sensitive becomes relevant later, we'll explain why and agree the safest way to handle it. We only reply to people who contacted us first.

Before you get in touch

If you'd like to read first, the FAQ answers the common questions about terms, price and ownership of accounts, and the pricing page shows every published plan. When you're ready, call, text or email.

Frequently asked questions

When can I reach you?

Hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, so noon until 9 in the evening for Ontario callers. Messages left outside those hours get an answer quickly too: we usually reply within one business day.

Should a professional or the client make first contact?

Either works, but we prefer the client to contact us directly about their own business. That keeps consent simple. A professional is welcome to call first to understand how referrals work.

Is there a form or portal to fill in?

No. There are no forms, no portals and no logins. Call, text or email; that's the whole process.

Will you call my client without their permission?

No. We only contact a trades owner who has contacted us first or who has clearly agreed to an introduction.
